  1. Heat 2 t
  2. Oil in a large pot over high heat
  3. Add beef and sausage
  4. Cook until brown
  5. Breaking up with spoon

  11. Bell pepper
  12. Jalapenos and bay leaves
  13. Cook until vegetables are soft
  14. Stirring frequently
  15. Add garlic
  16. Saut 1 minute
  17. Return meat mixture to pot
  18. Mix in tomatoes and next 7 ingredients
  19. Simmer 25 minutes
  20. Stirring occasionally
  21. Mix in lime juice
  22. Season with salt
  23. Serve chili in bowls
  24. Passing hot sauce
  25. Cheese
  26. Red onion and sour cream separately
