Steps

  1. Whip the egg whites till very stiff with salt and baking soda
  2. Add the sugar a little at a time while continuously beating
  3. Mix cornstarch and almonds
  4. Fold into meringue
  5. Spread batter into two circles
  6. Roughly 21 cm in diameter
  7. On baking paper
  8. Bake in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees celcious for about an hour
  9. Let cool on a grill
