  1. Grate the apples coarsely and sprinkle with lemon juice
  2. Place them in a large bowl with cabbage
  3. Carrot
  4. Onion
  5. Cheese and parsley
  6. Mix well
  7. Mix the sour cream with the milk
  8. Worcestershire sauce and seasoning
  9. Pour over the cabbage mixture and mix well
  10. Transfer to a serving dish
  11. Chill
