  4. And 1 / 8 tsp tarragon in a 6" square of cheesecloth
  5. Tie into a bag using kite string
  6. Pack herb bouquets into a wide-mouthed canning jar
  7. With a clamped lid
  8. Use as a seasoning for stews or sauces
  9. Adding bouquet during the last 30 minutes of cooking
