  1. Saute onions in sesame oil until golden
  2. Proof yeast in warm water with sugar
  3. Scald milk
  4. Add butter
  5. Add the yeast mixture when warm
  6. Add flour and celery salt
  7. Knead
  8. Add onions and oil
  9. Knead until smooth
  10. Put in greased bowl
  11. Cover
  12. Let rise until doubled
  13. Form into rolls
  14. Put on greased cookie sheet
  15. Let rise until doubled
  16. Mix 1 cup water wth 1 teaspoon baking soda
  17. This mixture is usually used on soft pretzels to give brown color
  18. Brush rolls
  19. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
  20. Brush rolls a second time after 30 minutes rising
  21. Bake 15 minutes or until done
  22. One recipe says 15 minutes
  23. One says 35 minutes
