  1. Combine the stock and cream in a saucepan over medium heat
  2. Slice the unpeeled potato into 1 / 4-inch slices
  3. Then quarter the slices and add them to the soup
  4. Add the kale
  5. Grill or saut the sausage
  6. When cooked and cooled
  7. Cut the sausage in an angle about 1 / 2-inch thick
  8. Add the sausage to the soup
  9. Add the spices and let the soup simmer for about 2 hours
  10. Stir occasionally
