  1. Remove sausage from casings if applicable
  2. Saut italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot
  3. Drain excess fat
  4. Refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients
  5. In the same pan
  6. Saut bacon
  7. Onions and garlic for approxiamtly 15 minutes or until the onions are soft
  8. Mix together the chicken bouillon and water
  9. Then add it to the onions
  10. Bacon and garlic
  11. Cook until boiling
  12. Add potatoes and cook until soft
  13. About half an hour
  14. Add heavy cream and cook until thoroughly heated
  15. Stir in the sausage
  16. Add kale just before serving
  17. Delicious !
