  1. Saut italian sausage and crushed red pepper in pot
  2. Drain excess fat
  3. Set aside
  4. In the same pan
  5. Saut bacon
  6. Onions and garlic for approximately 15 minutes or until the onions are soft
  7. Mix together the chicken bouillon and water
  8. Then add it to the onions
  9. Bacon and garlic
  10. Cook until boiling
  11. Add potatoes and cook until soft
  12. About half an hour
  13. Add heavy cream and cook until thoroughly heated
  14. Stir in the sausage
  15. Add kale just before serving
