  2. Cook ground turkey with 1 / 2 tsp black pepper
  3. Ground sage
  4. Poultry seasoning
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Onion salt
  7. Red pepper flakes
  8. And salt
  9. Add water
  10. Broth
  11. Potatoes
  12. Garlic
  13. 1 tbsp pepper
  14. Chopped onion till potatoes getting tender
  15. Add the skim milk
  16. And kale
  17. Do not boil with the kale and milk it can curdle if you do just cook at a low simmer
  18. Simmer till kale is tender
  19. Add more pepper if needed
