  1. In a large pot
  2. Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil until soft
  3. Add half of the shrimp
  4. In a blender along with the egg yolks
  5. Cream
  6. White wine and fish stock
  7. Add the onions and garlic and puree all
  8. Add the mixture back to the pot and heat on low while stirring until the mixture thickens
  9. Add old bay to taste
  10. Add the other half of shrimp and heat until cooked through
  11. Season again to taste
