  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet
  2. Add onion and pepper
  3. And saute until softened and onion is translucent
  4. Add cabbage
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Curry powder
  7. Tomatoes with juice
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Cook for about 30 minutes
  10. Stirring occasionally
  11. Add a little water if mixture sticks to pan
