  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
  3. Prepare large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
  4. Pour mixture into dish
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  6. Remove from oven
  7. Sprinkle cheese over top
  8. Bake 10-15 minutes more
  9. Or until cheese is melted and top is slightly golden
  10. Serve
