Steps

  1. In a bowl

  3. In a skillet
  4. Melt butter and oil to medium-high
  5. Drop zucchini mixture by cupfuls into skillet
  6. Press lightly to flatten
  7. Fry until golden brown and crispy
  8. About 2 minutes on each side
  9. Serve with sour cream if desired
