  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Spray or grease 2 loaf pans very well
  3. Place nuts
  4. Lime zest
  5. Cardamom
  6. Coconut
  7. Ginger and mace in food processor
  8. Pulse until mixture resembles very coarse meal
  9. Set aside
  10. Place remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl / stand mixer in order listed
  11. Add nut / lime / coconut mixture
  12. Beat on low 1 minute
  13. Beat on medium 1 minute
  14. Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 325 for 1 hour
  15. Check for doneness
  16. Generally done by 1 hour 15 minutes
  17. Depending on oven
  18. Remove and let cool in pans 5 minutes
  19. Then turn out onto cooling rack
  20. "mix a glaze: juice of 1 lime with enough confectioners sugar to make it drizzly"
  21. Drizzle over cooled loaves
