Steps

  1. Juice the lemon
  2. Grate the zucchini coarsely
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and cook gently for 2-3 mins
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  5. Reheat the zucchini
  6. Crumble in feta and add allspice
  7. Toss until feta is almost melted
  8. Season to taste with lemon juice
  9. Salt
  10. And pepper
