  1. Melt butter or margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes or until soft
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside
  4. Add zucchini and green pepper to skillet and cook 10 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and put in serving dish
  6. Add avocado and mushrooms to zucchini mixture and sprinkle with cheese and chili powder
  7. Stir to combine all ingredients
  8. Garnish with sour cream
  9. Chives and / or chopped chili peppers
