  1. Preheat oven at 400f / 200c
  2. Slice courgettes and saut them in a little bit of olive oil
  3. Thinly slice tomatoes
  4. Layer tomatoes at the bottom of a baking dish
  5. Spread sautd courgettes over the tomatoes
  6. There is no need to salt the vegetables
  7. As the feta will be salty enough
  8. Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle on top
  9. Sprinkle oregano over the feta
  10. Put in the oven for 25 minutes or until feta is browned
