  2. Cut zucchini in half or quarters lengthwise
  3. Then slice
  4. Spray with olive oil and toss
  5. Place skin side down in the middle of a metal baking sheet
  6. Sprinkle with seasoning to taste
  7. Spread out on baking sheet
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or so
