  1. Using a casserole baking dish
  2. Place zucchini into layers
  3. Next place the onion slices over zucchini
  4. Place tomatoes over the top of the onions
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes
  6. Onions
  7. Zucchini that have been layered
  8. Sprinkle with garlic powder
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper and basil or thyme
  11. Bake in a 375f oven for 25 or until zucchini is almost tender
  12. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake another 5 minutes
