  1. Saute onions
  2. Mushrooms and garlic until onions are clear
  3. Add zucchini and cook until it is crisp-tender
  4. Drain excess water from the skillet
  5. Add mozzarella cheese and allow to melt
  6. Meanwhile
  7. Cook pasta according to package directions
  8. Drain pasta and add 1 jar spaghetti sauce to pasta
  9. Serve pasta topped with veggie mix
  10. I often make this recipe as three separate pieces -- pasta
  11. Veggies and cheese
  12. And let each of us assemble our own
  13. In addition
  14. I also will marinade a chicken breast in italian salad dressing and then cook it up in strips or cubes and add to this delicious goodness
