  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
  2. And saute onion until tender
  3. Then add garlic and cook for another minute

  7. Oregano
  8. Pepper
  9. And salt
  10. And let cook until zucchini is fairly tender and tomatoes are falling apart
  11. Stir in kale and continue to cook until kale is wilted and tender
