Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 200c
  2. Line a 20cm square baking pan with baking paper
  3. Heat oil in pan over moderate heat
  4. Cook onion and garlic
  5. Stirring
  6. For 3 minutes
  7. Add ham and cook for another 2 minutes
  8. Whisk eggs with milk in large bowl
  9. Add zucchini
  10. Pumpkin
  11. And ham mixture
  12. Fold flour through mix and season with italian herbs and salt & pepper to taste
  13. Spoon mix into prepared pan
  14. Bake for 35- 40 minute
  15. Until slice is golden and set
  16. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before slicing
