  1. Melt butter in large pot over medium heat
  2. Add onion and garlic
  3. Saut 2 minutes
  4. Add all squash
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low
  6. Cover
  7. Cook until just tender
  8. Stirring occasionally
  9. About 25 minutes
  10. Mix in herbs
  11. Season with salt and pepper
