Steps

  1. Slice zucchini into 1 / 8-inch rounds
  2. In a large skillet over moderately-high heat
  3. Heat olive oil
  4. Add garlic and zucchini
  5. Saute until vegetables begin to soften
  6. About 4 minuets
  7. Sprinkle with chives
  8. Walnuts and bread crumbs
  9. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes for crumbs to adhere
  10. Turn with a spatula and cook on other side for 2 minutes
  11. Serve immeadiately
