  1. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add zucchini
  3. Saut until slices are light golden and tender
  4. About 5 minutes
  5. Add garlic and red pepper
  6. Stir 1 minute
  7. Season to taste with sea salt
  8. Transfer zucchini to serving platter
  9. Sprinkle with parsley
  10. And serve
