  1. Cut zucchini lengthwise in half
  2. And cut into 1 / 4 inch thick wedges about 1 1 / 2 inches long
  3. Sprinkle wedges with salt
  4. Saute minced garlic in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned
  5. Add zucchini
  6. Cook
  7. Stirring occasionally
  8. 8 to 10 minutes or until tender
  9. Pour citrus-herb dressing over zucchini
  10. Tossing to coat
  11. Garnish with lemon slices
  12. Serve immediately

  14. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl
