  1. In a wide frying pan
  2. Cook your bacon until crisp
  3. Drain bacon drippings
  4. But leave 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings in the frying pan
  5. Add zucchini
  6. Corn
  7. Bell pepper
  8. Onion
  9. And garlic to the fry pan with the reserved bacon drippings
  10. Cook over medium heat stiriring often
  11. Until most of the vegetable liquid has evaporated and the vegetables are crisp tender
  12. Add the cooked bacon and heat through
  13. Add salt and pepper to taste
  14. Sprinkle grated cheese on top
  15. Cooking time does include cooking the bacon
