  1. Have a pot of water boiling
  2. Drop in the zucchini and par boil 3-4 minutes
  3. Drain and remove seeds
  4. Combine the cheese
  5. Jalapeno
  6. Garlic
  7. Cilantro and tomatoes
  8. Stuff the zucchinis
  9. Broil until cheese etc is bubbly
  10. Sprinkle with bacon and crumbs and return to broil for 1 or 2 minutes
