  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet
  3. Mix sucanat
  4. Butter
  5. Milk
  6. Vanilla and egg in large bowl
  7. Stir in flour
  8. Wheat germ
  9. Baking powder
  10. Cinnamon
  11. Salt and nutmeg
  12. Fold in zucchini raisins
  13. And nuts
  14. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet
  15. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until light brown
