Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl
  2. Beat the eggs
  3. Stir in wheat germ
  4. Cheese
  5. Mushrooms
  6. Onion
  7. Thyme
  8. Rosemary and zucchini
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
  10. Shape into 4 patties
  11. 3 / 4-inch thick
  12. In a nonstick saute pan
  13. Heat the oil
  14. Place in patties
  15. And cook until golden
  16. About 4 minutes
  17. Flip
  18. And cook other side until golden
  19. Too
  20. About 3 minutes more
  21. Serve with buns and your favorite fixings
  22. Sean donnellson recommends roasted red peppers
  23. Olive tapenade is another possibility
