  1. Preheat oven to 320f
  2. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans and line bottoms with wax paper mix half of 3 cups flour and all of oil
  3. Honey
  4. Eggs
  5. Yoghurt
  6. Peel
  7. Baking powder
  8. Baking soda
  9. Cloves
  10. Allspice and cinnamon in processor
  11. Blend in remaining half flour
  12. Mix in zucchini and walnuts
  13. Stir in 2 tblsps flour by hand
  14. Divide between prepared pans
  15. Sprinkle tops with bran
  16. Bake until a tester comes out clean
  17. About 1 - 1 hours
  18. Cool bread in pan 15 minutes
  19. Turn out and cool
