Steps

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet
  2. Drain off fat
  3. Cut vegetables in bite size pieces
  4. 1 / 2 to 1 inch size
  5. Add zucchini
  6. Onion
  7. Pepper and tomatoes
  8. Squeezing tomato peices to start bringing out the juice
  9. Sprinkle with salt seasoning and stir
  10. Cover
  11. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 25 minutes
  12. Stirring occasionally
  13. "it makes its own juice"
  14. Serve in a soup bowl if you like the juice with it
  15. Or use a slotted spoon to serve without juice
  16. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and / or parmesan
