i got this from a friend. it is one of my favorites. can be used as a side dish or a main veg dish.
this looks fantastic. an epicurious.com find--i have been looking for good healthy (and creative) lunch bag stuff when classes start up again....this will keep for up to one week in the fridge if covered well.
this is a recipe from better homes and gardens which was included in a promotional recipe pamphlet from driscoll's berries. i haven't been able to try it myself (no ice cream maker), but it looked really yummy anyway (i love berry and chocolate together).
this is very similar in taste to whole wheat bread, so if you like wheat bread, you're sure to enjoy this. make this easily in your bread machine. the chile honey is sweet, and lightly spicy, perfect for bringing out the flavors of the bread.
