  1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise
  2. Remove the seeds
  3. And arrange in a greased ovenproof dish
  4. In a large skillet
  5. Saute the onions in the oil
  6. Set aside
  7. Preheat oven to 350
  8. In a large saucepan
  9. Simmer the corn and tomatoes for 10 minutes
  10. Let cool
  11. Then stir in the egg
  12. Bread crumbs
  13. Marjoram
  14. And the reserved onions
  15. Spoon the filling into the zucchini and bake for 40 minutes
