if you are watching your cholesterol, this recipe isn't for you! it's not very healthy, but sure taste good!! we make a big pot and serve it with chopped onion on top and hot sauce on the side with skillet corn bread.
we really enjoy this semi-spicy seitan. cook time does not include cooling time (30-60 on the counter). i like to slice this and lightly fry it on the stove top. it's also good simmered in your favorite bbq sauce.
