Steps

  1. In a large saucepan combine
  2. Corn
  3. Onions
  4. Pepper strips
  5. And water
  6. Bring to boiling
  7. Reduce heat
  8. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Do not drain
  10. Stir in zucchini
  11. Tomatoes
  12. Cheese and cornmeal
  13. Set aside
  14. In a small mixing bowl beat eggs
  15. Stir in milk
  16. Salt
  17. Pepper
  18. And hot pepper sauce
  19. Stir egg mixture into the vegetable mixture in saucepan
  20. Turn mixture into a greased 1-1 / 2-quart casserole
  21. Bake
  22. Uncovered
  23. In a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes or until set
  24. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
