  1. Cook the sausage breaking it up so there are no lumps
  2. Cook with the onions & garlic
  3. When the meat is lightly browned drain the pan
  4. Add the green peppers
  5. Saute 2 minutes
  6. Add the zucchini
  7. Tomatoes
  8. Jalapeno
  9. Basil
  10. Chili
  11. Salt
  12. Lemon juice & tabasco
  13. Simmer 15 minutes
  14. Meanwhile cook your pasta
  15. Serve over pasta
  16. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
