  1. Pre cut all vegetables and garlic
  2. In a large pot bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil
  3. Then add the spaghetti
  4. Heat frying pan
  5. Making sure to cover the bottom with olive oil
  6. Add garlic
  7. Dried basil
  8. Onions
  9. Celery and hot sauce to the frying pan
  10. Cook on medium heat for 5 min
  11. Then add the salt and pepper
  12. Add zucchini to the frying pan just before draining the cooked pasta
  13. Add the drained spaghetti and tomatoes to pan
  14. If using fresh basil add this now
  15. Also add any additional olive oil if the dish is dry
  16. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes
  17. Season with additional salt & pepper if desired
  18. Then serve hot
