  1. Bring pot of water to boil
  2. Mean-while
  3. With vegetable peeler-slice zucchini lengthwise into ribbons
  4. Add zucchini to boiling water
  5. Cook until tender
  6. 30-60 seconds
  7. Drain and transfer zucchini to serving bowl
  8. Add butter
  9. Oil
  10. Parmesan
  11. Basil
  12. And red pepper flakes
  13. Gently toss until butter is melted and zucchini are coated
  14. I also added 1 / 2 tsp of garlic powder to this !
