  1. Grate zucchini and onion
  2. Beat in eggs
  3. Sift together dry ingredients
  4. Add to zucchini mixture
  5. Heat oil for shallow-frying in large frying pan
  6. Drop in batter by large spoonfuls
  7. Fry until brown
