  1. Cook whole zucchini in water until soft
  2. Drain and mash coarsely
  3. Cook potatoes in water until soft
  4. Cool
  5. Peel and mash coarsely
  6. Combine all ingredients and stir together briskly
  7. Serve at room temperature
