  1. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan
  2. Preheat oven to 350f beat egg and sugar until lightly colored yellow add oil and beat well
  3. Sift flour
  4. Leavenings and spices into egg mixture and beat 2 minutes
  5. Stir in pineapple
  6. Nuts
  7. Vanilla and zucchini
  8. Pour batter into pan
  9. Bake 1 hr 20 minutes cool on rack 30 minutes loosen cake from sides of pan
  10. Invert on a cake rack to cook completely
  11. Glaze: 1 c
  12. Conf
  13. Sugar and 1 tbls
  14. Milk
  15. Mix well and pour over cooled cake
