  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl to blend
  2. Add oil
  3. Sugar
  4. And vanilla and beat until thick and foamy
  5. Stir in zucchini and pineapple
  6. In a separate bowl combine flour
  7. Baking soda
  8. Salt
  9. Baking powder
  10. Cinnamon
  11. Nutmeg
  12. Cloves
  13. Orange zest
  14. And nuts
  15. Stir gently into zucchini mixture to blend
  16. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees
  17. Check after 50 minutes by testing with a toothpick
  18. If toothpick comes out clean bread is done
  19. If not put back in for another 5 minutes
  20. Cool 10 minutes
  21. For 4 small loaves
  22. Bake approximately 35 - 40 minutes
