  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. In a skillet
  3. Zucchini
  4. Onion and parsley in butter
  5. About 10 minutes
  6. Or until tender
  7. Stir in seasonings
  8. In a large bowl
  9. Beat eggs and cheese
  10. Mix egg mixture with vegetable mixture
  11. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles
  12. Press dough into bottom and up sides of pie pan
  13. Spread mustard over dough
  14. Pour mixture into pie crust
  15. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minute let sit 10 minute before serving
  16. Cut int wedges
  17. Serve hot
