Steps

  1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling
  2. Salted water as directed
  3. Meanwhile
  4. In large skillet
  5. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat
  6. Add zucchini
  7. Red pepper and garlic
  8. Sprinkle with italian seasoning
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Saute
  11. Letting all brown lightly
  12. Sprinkle basil evenly over skillet
  13. Drain pasta
  14. Then add pasta to skillet with vegetables
  15. Add vegetable broth
  16. Cook and stir briefly
  17. Add parmesan cheese
  18. Serve
