Steps

  1. In a large bowl
  2. Cream margarine
  3. Peanut butter and sugars
  4. Add in egg and vanilla
  5. Stir to combine
  6. Stir in zucchini
  7. Add dry ingredients
  8. Stir to combine
  9. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips
  10. Cover and chill dough for at least 2 hours
  11. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet
  12. Bake in a 375 oven for 12-15 minutes
  13. Cool on wire rack
