  1. Cook rice
  2. Steam veggies
  3. Combine rice
  4. Veggies
  5. And formula in food processor and puree
  6. Melt butter
  7. Add butter and flour to puree
  8. If baking
  9. Pre-heat oven to 350
  10. Roll tablespoon size balls and press with a fork a la peanut putter cookies
  11. Bake for 20 minutes
  12. Or until bottoms are golden brown
  13. Makes 24 baked "cookies"
  14. If rolling balls
  15. Roll balls slightly larger than a pea
  16. The batch will make a lot of balls
  17. But they can be put in the fridge for four days
  18. Or frozen for a month
