  1. Boil pasta in salted water
  2. While the pasta is cooking
  3. Make long carrot strips using a veggie peeler and shred the zucchini with a cheese grater
  4. Drain the pasta
  5. Using the pasta pot
  6. Heat the olive oil
  7. Then add red pepper flakes
  8. Garlic
  9. Veggies
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. Add pasta and toss
  12. If you need more oil
  13. Add it now
  14. Toss with a whole bunch of parmesan cheese
  15. You can add chicken
  16. Prosciutto
  17. Shrimp
  18. Mushrooms
  19. Broccoli
  20. Peas
  21. The list goes on and on and on
