Steps

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients
  2. Combine with warm milk
  3. Place oil
  4. Flour
  5. Salt and zucchini into a large bowl
  6. Add liquid all at once and stir well
  7. Turn dough out on a lightly floured board and knead for 10 minutes
  8. Top dough with 1 tbls
  9. Of oil
  10. Cover and let rise in a warm spot until doubled
  11. Turn dough out on a lightly floured board and knead slightly
  12. Shape into rolls
  13. Place in a greased 9x13 pan
  14. Let rise about 30 minutes
  15. Preheat oven to 400
  16. Place rolls on a middle rack
  17. Lower heat to 350f and bake for 20 minutes
