  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Grease and flour bottoms only of two 8x4 or 9x5 loaf pans
  3. In large bowl
  4. Beat eggs until thick and lemon-coloured
  5. Gradually beat in sugar
  6. Add oil
  7. Orange juice and zucchini
  8. Stir in remaining bread ingredients
  9. Mix well
  10. Pour batter into prepared pans
  11. Bake at 350f degrees for 45-55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean
  12. Cool 10 minutes
  13. Remove from pans
  14. Cool slightly on a rack
  15. In small bowl
  16. Blend glaze ingredients
  17. Spread over warm loaves
  18. Cool completely on wire rack
  19. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator
